An application for a building permit to demolish a two-family house located at 33 Dunster Lane has been filed with the Town of Winchester Building Department. The property is included in the list of historically protected properties and is therefore subject to a demolition delay under the Town by-law.
In accordance with Chapter 14, Section 3 of the Town of Winchester Code of by-laws, the Historical Commission will meet to review the application at 7:35pm in the Winchester Room, Town Hall, on Monday, October 7, 2019.
