Between October 15th and October 31st, the Town’s engineering consultant, Weston & Sampson, will be conducting dry weather screening and sampling of Town-owned stormwater outfalls. This work is required for the Town to comply with EPA’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, which regulates the Town’s stormwater discharges. Work will be conducted between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, and is weather dependent. A two-person team from Weston & Sampson will be conducting the work, and they may need to access private property to reach the outfall. The team will be carrying Weston & Sampson photo IDs, and will also be have on hand a letter from the Engineering Department.
