Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 7:30 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Mark Ohanian, for work to be performed at 7 Plymouth Road, Winchester.
It is proposed to construct a deck, patio, two eaves, and to replace a pool shed.
