Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 7:30 PM. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Timothy Matthews for work that has been done at 23 Kenwin Road, Winchester. Information regarding remote access can be found on the Town of Winchester website within the posted Conservation Commission agenda.
The project consists of removal of invasive plants, replacement with native species, and removal of blockage to a waterway.
