Vernon Street LLC (c/o John Leavitt) to construct a third story with 4 new residential units located therein, on an existing 2-story structure located at 10-16 Mt. Vernon Street (parcel ID 9-29) within the town of Winchester, MA. The Use of the structure will remain mixed-use, with commercial on the first floor, residential on the second floor, and proposed residential on the third floor. The applicant seeks relief from Floor Area Ratio.
