Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:30 PM. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Gregory Sawicki for work to be performed at 23 Kenwin Road, Winchester. Information regarding remote access can be found on the town website within the posted Conservation Commission agenda.
It is proposed to construct an addition and storm water management structure to an existing single family home.
