Facilities

Banners will be hung for Winchester non-profits and Town events.  For profit businesses may be allowed to hang a banner to advise of a fundraising event for a non-profit.  

Banners can be displayed for two (2) weeks.  Banners cannot be reserved more than six (6) months before the event. Banners are only hung Tuesday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). 
  

There is a $100 fee.  Checks should be made payable to the Town of Winchester.  The same banner cannot be displayed twice.   A reservation will not be confirmed until the fee is received.  This means a "Pending Reservation" is still available space.  Reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis for payment received.
