Calling all Friends of the Fells! Save the date! Join us to celebrate 30 years of promoting the conservation, appreciation, and sustainable enjoyment of the Middlesex Fells at Greenwood Park on Sunday, October 15th from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. All are welcome! Enjoy free family-friendly activities, participate in an eco-friendly community art project, attend a guided hike, hear live music, volunteer, and meet Friends of the Fells staff and board. Join the Winchester Cultural District Board for our inaugural 'walk' of the Winchester Riverwalk exhibit. The year-long exhibit is anchored by four sculptures by artists from the New England Sculptors Association and "augmented" with cyberart featuring work by national and local artists. The purpose of the exhibit is to imagine the downtown Cultural District as a bustling, art-filled place to gather as a community. We invite everyone to learn about augmented reality and add to this dynamic exhibit over the next year. Let's create as a community!
